Pastors David and Marilyn Kiteley have served the Body of Christ full-time for over 4 decades.  They are currently Pastors Emeritus at Shiloh Church, Oakland, California.  David ministers at conferences and meetings, which include the prophetic ministry, missions and leadership throughout the world.

David was the co-founder of Shiloh Temple (now Shiloh Church) with his mother, Violet in September 1965.  The church started with Bible studies all over the Bay area but officially began in an African American family home in East Oakland.   He got his Bachelor of Theology at Shiloh Bible College, Masters from Southwestern, and Doctorate from Christian Life School of Theology.

David and Marilyn were married in March 1966 and moved back to Canada to pastor in Surrey, British Columbia for 3 years.  They then returned in 1970 to become Co-Pastors with his mother, Violet Kiteley.  In January, 1986 Pastor Violet turned over the baton of ministry to David and Marilyn and they became Senior Pastors.   In 2008 they anointed their son Patrick to serve as Senior Pastor.

Pastor David has ministered in over 45 nations of the world in an Apostolic role much of which has been geared toward leadership development.  He successfully passed off his baton of Senior Pastor to his son and daugher-in-law, Patrick and Marlena.  His daughter,  Melinda and son-in-law Javier are the Children's Pastors and serve as Spanish Pastors and are Elders and on Board of  Directors.
